Booking & Cancellation Terms
We are delighted that you are considering joining us for the GangAnanda Yoga Retreat in India. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following booking and cancellation terms before reserving your place.
1. Booking & Reservation
Our retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants to create a nurturing and supportive group experience.
To reserve your place, a deposit of €300 per person is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total retreat price.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.
2. Retreat Prices
Early Bird — until November 30, 2026
Twin accommodation: €1,630 per person for the first 3 sign-ups. Then €1,730
Single accommodation: €1,930 per person for the first 3 sign-ups. Then €2,030
Regular Price
Twin accommodation: €1,970 per person
Single accommodation: €2,370 per person
Alternative tent accommodation at Ganga Riviera is available upon request, subject to availability and a corresponding price adjustment: €200 will be deducted for the stay in a single tent and €100 for a twin-sharing tent.
The retreat price includes the services listed in the "Your Journey Includes" section of our website. International flights, visas, travel insurance and other listed exclusions are not included.
3. Payment Schedule
A deposit of €300 is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due as follows:
Early-bird bookings: November 30, 2026
Regular bookings: January 15, 2027
For bookings made after the applicable payment deadline, the full retreat price is due upon booking confirmation.
Payment instructions will be provided by email.
4. Cancellation by Participants
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
Your €300 deposit
If you cancel your participation, we offer the option to transfer your €300 deposit as credit toward a future OmYoga Healing retreat, subject to availability and the conditions confirmed at booking. Please note that the deposit of €300 is not refundable.
Cancellation of the remaining retreat balance
If you cannot join the retreat, we can refund the remaining retreat balance only one month before the beginning of the retreat - February 13, 2027. If it is after that date, the cancellation charge is €300.
5. Cancellation or Significant Changes by the Organiser
If we are unable to operate the retreat, we will notify you as soon as possible and explain the available options, including any refund or alternative arrangement to which you are entitled. Your deposit of €300 will be returned to you if the retreat is cancelled by us.
We may need to make adjustments to the itinerary due to weather conditions, local circumstances, transport arrangements or other unforeseen events.
If a significant change affects your booking, we will inform you and explain your available options and rights.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
Participants are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and any necessary visa or entry documents for India.
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency assistance, interruption and the activities you intend to participate in.
Please arrange your international flights only after your retreat booking has been confirmed and you have received the relevant travel information.
7. Health, Safety & Participation
Please inform us before the retreat of any relevant health conditions, injuries, dietary requirements or other circumstances that may affect your participation or require special arrangements.
Participation in yoga, meditation and other retreat activities is voluntary. You are welcome to adapt or skip activities according to your individual needs.
For group travel between destinations, participants are expected to follow the scheduled transfers unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Outdoor and adventure activities may be subject to additional safety requirements, weather conditions and instructions from qualified local providers.
