Your breath, body and mind are very closely linked. An action or change in one brings about a change in the other. By increasing awareness of your breath and developing conscious control over it, you are also increasing your awareness and harmonising the energy flow in the whole body.

Everything in life comes and goes. Your breath stays with you through the whole life journey. It stores your sincerest reflection: your pleasure and pain, stress, traumas, fears, addictions, unreleased emotions, but also moments of happiness, love and kindness.

No matter where you are, no matter what you do, no matter how much stress and chaos surround you, you can always anchor yourself in the present moment, reconnect to yourself, your light, your power, your healing and inner harmony through your deep and conscious breathing.

…and as we breathe deeply, while being fully present in the body, the healing energy awakens naturally within. Helping us to release pain, tension and traumas, quiet „monkey mind“, purify and balance the life force energy.

During Breathwork & Meditation we flow through different breathwork techniques (pranayamas, kriyas, elemental breathing, consciousness connected breathing), and fine tune the experience with a deeply restorative meditation. Each session is open for everyone.
